Jesus Walks on the Sea

Immediately Jesus made His disciples get into the boat

and go before Him to the other side,

while He sent the multitudes away.

And when He had sent the multitudes away,

He went up on the mountain by Himself to pray.

Now when evening came, He was alone there.

But the boat was now in the middle of the sea,

tossed by the waves, for the wind was contrary.

Now in the fourth watch of the night

Jesus went to them,

walking on the sea.

And when the disciples saw Him

walking on the sea,

they were troubled, saying,

"It is a ghost!"

And they cried out for fear.

But immediately Jesus spoke to them,

saying, "Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid."

And Peter answered Him and said,

"Lord, if it is You,

command me to come to You on the water."

So He said, "Come."

And when Peter had come down

out of the boat,

he walked on the water to go to Jesus.

But when he saw that the wind was boisterous,

he was afraid;

and beginning to sink

he cried out, saying,

"Lord, save me!"

And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand

and caught him,

and said to him,

"O you of little faith,

why did you doubt?"

And when they got into the boat,

the wind ceased.

Then those who were in the boat

came and worshiped Him,

saying, "Truly You are the Son of God."

it's been very VERY long...

it has been a very VERY long time since i last blogged, almost a month ago... alot of stuff happened during this time... i went for missions, to udon thani, thailand... this year was different, God used me in a mighty way that i never imagined...

i never knew the cantonese my mummy taught me over the past 17 years would be put to good use on the mission fields... the pastor's wife was in hong kong for 14 years, and thus know how to speak cantonese very well... i did double interpretation.. the pastor's wife would speak to the thais in thai, den translate in cantonese for me, den i'll translate into english for the team... this is one way i never expected God to use me...

im also a heck careless boy, in case you dunno about me.. i tend to lose things, once search the entire hotel room for my passport and found out that it's in my pocket all along... im the logistics IC, meaning i am in charge of all the props... that God, till today i still have everything on me!!

God's presence swept through udon thani as we go and minister to the people.. Praise Him for all the things that He've done!!

but right now for me, i have to pack, cos i have a camp to attend!! tml's the 18, YI camp is starting... my tribe..? abraham... we're gonna be the champions!!
