Jesus Walks on the Sea

Immediately Jesus made His disciples get into the boat

and go before Him to the other side,

while He sent the multitudes away.

And when He had sent the multitudes away,

He went up on the mountain by Himself to pray.

Now when evening came, He was alone there.

But the boat was now in the middle of the sea,

tossed by the waves, for the wind was contrary.

Now in the fourth watch of the night

Jesus went to them,

walking on the sea.

And when the disciples saw Him

walking on the sea,

they were troubled, saying,

"It is a ghost!"

And they cried out for fear.

But immediately Jesus spoke to them,

saying, "Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid."

And Peter answered Him and said,

"Lord, if it is You,

command me to come to You on the water."

So He said, "Come."

And when Peter had come down

out of the boat,

he walked on the water to go to Jesus.

But when he saw that the wind was boisterous,

he was afraid;

and beginning to sink

he cried out, saying,

"Lord, save me!"

And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand

and caught him,

and said to him,

"O you of little faith,

why did you doubt?"

And when they got into the boat,

the wind ceased.

Then those who were in the boat

came and worshiped Him,

saying, "Truly You are the Son of God."

back!

okay, no more filler posts. getting boring, so to say.. my blog's dying out!! gotta revive it!!

MEDIC!! I NEED YOUR SHOCK PADDLE!!

i miss the good old days of the QS.. maybe not THAT old, but i miss those days whereby we go out and plat BF2.. i cant make it this friday, cos got cell group.. you guys can do without a sniper!! or you can get jialiang to be a sniper.. bet he cant be a better sniper than me!! muahahahaha.. remember how i sniped the person off the car..? nawhs..?

QS is really growing.. one day, it's gonna be big enough to be a CCA itself.. =/ we shall see, eh..? but the main shall still be QS seven swords..

have been missing out on alot of activities man.. first i missed xiaowei's I&E.. sorry i couldn't be there for your event.. i hope it went well!! i believe it did.. =D with the number of people from LSCT supporting, it should be quite fun, eh..?

next event i will be missing out is this friday's BBH outing.. -emos- bros, i AM putting you before hoes, the only freaking problem is there is something even before bros.. that is cell group!! lol..

ok, people, i know you guys are starting to hate my cell group!! please don't!! it's because of meetings and nuts like those that we have no choice but to change the dates.. starting next week, it should be changed to wednesday!! i cant confirm yet though.. so dun make appointments with me.. yet.. =(

met up with QC and victoria on tuesday.. walked a long distance.. calculate yourself.. from lot one, we walked from macdonalds to basement, walked one round and up again.. back through the mac exit and walked straight along ave 4 to hit sunshine place.. when we reached sunshine place, some nut says she want to go to teck whye. so we walked along the back road where 172 passes by, towards palm gardens, crossed the junction, cut through the HDB, into teck whye.. and when we're at teck whye, we din even eat anything as we are supposed to.. we carried on and walked through to panjang.. halfway, victoria went home and we decided to take a bus to panjang plaza to eat long john.. DANG, WE COULD HAVE EATEN AT LOT ONE!! we took more than an hour walk and talking crap.. really, crap.. =/

cell group's not as united as before.. gotta plan outings and nuts like those again.. EVENTS, DO YOUR STUNT LEH!! =(

speaking of events.. something happened on tuesday morning that got me thinking.. while walking to the bus stop to take 67 to school, at aproximately 9.30 A.M., a girl whom i have completely no recollection of was walking in the opposite direction.. i was looking forward, she was looking at me.. thus i looked at her, and
she smiled and said..

"hi, are you from YI..?"

i was like, "yup, hi... =)"

i dunno if that's a good thing, but my reputation in church have been growing.. and i even remember pastor once telling me that i'm keeping low profile.. now i'm like, wah, you sure, pastor..? now people know me, and i dunno them.. frankly, i dun think that's a good thing.. i dun like it when people knows me and i dunno them.. =/ but right now, reputation, i shouldn't give a care about it.. what's more important is my character, the reputation would take care of itself.. =D

today's colour: imagine a world without strangers.. ain't it cool..? =D
